Electrical service and panel design, feeders, load calculations, and coordination with FPL for new or upgraded service.
Electrical design, studies and inspections for new buildings, renovations and existing properties in Miami, with signed and sealed drawings by Florida-licensed engineers.
Electrical service and panel design, feeders, load calculations, and coordination with FPL for new or upgraded service.
Interior and exterior lighting design, and photometric studies that show light levels, including parking lots.
Fire alarm system design, emergency and exit lighting, so the building meets life-safety code.
Emergency and standby generators with transfer switches, sized for what must keep running in an outage.
Electric vehicle charging stations and solar panel systems, starting with a check of your existing service capacity.
Electrical inspections for recertification and due diligence, including infrared scans that find overheating connections.
Short-circuit, arc flash, load and condition studies that tell you how safe your system is and what to do about it.
Electrical design doesn't happen alone. Generators sit on slabs, panels need space and access, and air conditioning drives the electrical load. Because we also do structural and mechanical engineering, these pieces are coordinated from the start, so your contractor gets one set of drawings that fit together.
Smaller jobs may only need a licensed electrical contractor. Most new buildings, larger electrical services and commercial projects need plans signed and sealed by a professional engineer before the building department will issue a permit. Tell us about your project and we'll tell you quickly which one you need.
Often yes. The first step is a load calculation to see how much spare capacity your existing electrical service has. From there we design the chargers and any service upgrade needed, and coordinate with FPL if required.
Miami-Dade requires infrared thermography for electrical systems of 400 amps or more as part of recertification. The scan shows hot spots in panels and connections, which are early signs of failure and fire risk, before they cause damage.
It depends on what must keep running: elevators, fire pumps, emergency lighting, refrigeration, or the whole building. We review your loads, recommend the size and type, and design the generator and transfer switch for permit.
Send us what you have and we’ll tell you what’s needed, what it costs and how long it takes.
